Ladies, Hats and More is here to serve our customers in the best way we can. However, right not, we are only selling and shipping domestically. The shipping cost is included in the total of each item purchased.

Ladies Hats and More will alert you when your orders have been shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number and ESTIMATED arrival time. Once your item is released to carrier services, Ladies Hats and More will not be responsible for the package's arrival time. We encourage all customers to keep track of their packages using the carrier tracking number provided.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Ladies Hats and More inspects all items before shipping them out to our customers. We accept returns back to us within 7 days of receipt only. Our customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to offer exchanges or refunds depending on our available inventory. All returns must be in the same condition as it was in when sent. Please email us in regards to exchanges.
Masks are not exchangeable.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not guaranteed or instantaneous. The processing of refunds depends on the condition of the product upon return. Once we receive the product, it will be inspected by our staff. If it is in good condition, we will process your refund, which you will receive in 3-5 business days, which may vary depending on your financial institution. However, if there are damages, such as marks, discoloration, rips, holes, or if the item has been soiled, no refund will be issued
